A few months back I began the second half of my Ten Workflows list for construction. The eight workflow for apps on mobile devices is the generation of a Punch List. The new world of apps allows users to create, distribute and updating a RFI from the project site on a mobile device. The Punch List workflow is generally started in the field by a Superintendent and sent into to the office to be processed by the Project Manger.

The creation, distribution and management of the punch list is one of the most daunting task to complete on construction project. It does not matter if you are the Owners Representative, General Contractor or Architect. The task must be completed in order for the project to be completed and closed out in a timely manner.
